About the artwork / The inspiration
The border of the Lake Santa Clara is full of amphibians and insects. The lightreflections on the bottom are partly disturbed in this triptych by the throw of a stone in the water.
Artistic Techniques & Materials
The paint is structured by sieved sand, fine and coarse. The stone fixed on the canvas is the throw which makes the splashes and the move of the frog … the jump after the throw !
